Newforma® Project Cloud is offered in two pricing models that correlate with your project needs.  Firms can subscribe to Newforma Project Cloud for individual projects or they can purchase an enterprise-wide license for their firm.

At no time are individual users charged for using the software. That means one entity pays for the service and the individual users do not pay any licensing fees. Typically, the owner/client of the project pays for the service as an allowance to the project, or the fee is included within the bid documents under specification section 013000 (project management).

Fees include unlimited users, training sessions and an independent electronic archive.

UNLIMITED USERS (NO USER LICENSE)

We want everyone involved with your project to use Newforma Project Cloud. It provides you and your project owner with the best possible experience. To make this easy for everyone, there are no incremental charges for additional users. Add unlimited subcontractors, contractors, construction managers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners to your project at no additional charge.

The designated project administrators have full access to the user management and can add users at anytime. It literally takes 30 seconds to add a user to a project.

TRAINING

Every project receives a training session via web conference included in the fee. Click here to read more about our training sessions.

ARCHIVE

At the end of a project we archive the project and provide an offline record of all data. Depending on the size of the data it will be sent by FTP or DVD. We will also archive the data on our server and make it accessible free of charge.

IMPORT EXISTING DATA

We offer import utilities that take your existing spreadsheets and import them into Newforma Project Cloud. You can begin using Newforma Project Cloud at any point during the project.

SPECIFY NEWFORMA PROJECT CLOUD

The Newforma Project Cloud pricing model is in line with your project usage and can be an expense to the project (not to individual users). 

Projects benefit from Newforma Project Cloud and the collaboration it fosters. Owners get a better result and mitigate post-construction issues. The Newforma Project Cloud per-project pricing allows you to put Newforma Project Cloud in the project specification or treat it as a reimbursable expense.
